Dear Parents,

 

This is to notify you of the following events:

1.  Parent-Teacher Association membership fee ($30)

Our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) has been established for six years. All the parents are automatically entitled to be the members of the PTA.  Our PTA has organized a wide range of activities like Mid-Autumn Festival Party and Mainland China Educational Visit for the members.  In order to sponsor the expense of the activities, an annual fee of $30 will be collected from each family.

 

2.  Air-conditioning fee for 2009/2010 ($200)  

In order to provide the students with a comfortable learning environment, all the classrooms have been installed with air-conditioners. However, due to the high electricity bill and the Hong Kong Government does not subsidize all the Hong Kong schools for the air-conditioning fee.  Therefore, we will collect HK$200 (for the whole year for each student) for the air-conditioning fee. The collection of such fee is permitted by the Education Bureau.

 

3.  Supplementary materials

The following items will be purchased in the first term. Details are as follows:
