1. First Term Final Exam

The first term final exam will be held from 18^th to 20^th January. Please help your children with their revision at home. The exam timetable is shown as follows:

Remarks:

l Nepali exam will be held on 14^th & 15^th January.

l *F---Chinese Groups: Miss Ma & Miss Lai

l *1A---Chinese Group: Miss Tang

l *1B--- Chinese Groups: Miss Chan & Miss Tang

l School bus will pick up students at 11:30am.

2. Purchase of books for the 2^nd Term (7^th to 18^th January)

If you want to purchase books for the 2^nd term through our school, please give the money to the class teacher before 18^th January. The booklist has been attached for your reference.

3. Purchase of supplementary materials for the 2^nd term

4. Teacher Development Days¡XEducational Visit to Singapore (21^st and 22^nd January)

l No school on those two days.

5. School hours after the exam (25^th to 29^th January)

l The school hours on the days mentioned above will be from 8:45am to 12:10pm.

l School bus will pick up students at 12:10pm.

6. Second Term

The second term will begin on 1^st February (Monday). The school hours will be as usual (8:45am-4:30pm).

7. Chinese New Year Carnival (9^th February, Tuesday)

In order to raise students¡¦ cultural awareness, Chinese New Year Carnival will be held on 9^th February. There won¡¦t be any lessons on that day. Students can wear Chinese costumes to school.

8. Parents¡¦ Day (10^th February, Wednesday)

To foster the understanding between parents and teachers, Parents¡¦ Day will be held on 10^th February between 9am and 12pm. We highly recommend parents to come to school to get the students¡¦ academic reports and discuss about their progress at school.

9. Chinese New Year Holidays (11^th to 20^th February)

No school during the holidays. School will resume on 22^nd February (Monday). The school hours will be as usual (8:45am-4:30pm).
