The third round of “parent-child home game training series” is launched now with the theme on gross motor. Parents may play the game “Froggy jump froggy jump!” with your child at home to improve their daily life activities skills and gross motor skills development.

Game: Little Dot Finds Friends

 

Parents may play the game with your child at home to train student’s visual spatial relationship, visual tracking, eye-hand coordination skills and visual sustained attention skills. These skills will help student improve their handwriting and reading abilities.

Series one – “Suspending class without suspending learning” of Parent-child attention training game

 

Game: We are moving house!

 

Aim: To train students’ sustained auditory attention, alternative auditory attention, auditory memory and visual searching skills. These skills will help students improve their learning in school environment.

 

Resources: A piece of A4 paper, a printed copy of the dice template, colour markers, colour pencils, scissors and tape

 

*Junior students need parents’ accompany while using scissors.

*If unable to print, student can draw their dice template using pencil and ruler.

 

Game instruction: Parent says the instructions and child follows.

 

Difficulty Level 1(easy): Parent says the colour of the dice and the house, child follows the instructions.

 

Difficulty Level 2 (moderate): Parent says the name of the fruit and the colour of the house, and child follow the instructions.

 

Difficulty Level 3 (hard): Parent says the background colour of the dice with the colour of the circle dot, and the colour of the house and child follows the instructions.
